Audemus Pink Pepper

An aromatic new-style gin created to move away from juniper-led dry gins. Hand-crafted from 9 botanicals. The top notes when first sipped are pink peppercorn, cardamom & juniper. Then when diluted or served over ice the base notes from locally sourced honey & vanilla & tonka bean infusions come through. The result - smooth, elegant full-bodied gin.

Brecon Botanicals

Created using specially selected botanicals & mineral water from the Brecon Beacons. Starting with a rich complex of fresh juniper, quickly followed by coriander & a complexity of gin flavours. Hints of citrus mingle with oriental spices. On adding a mixer, lemon, orange & even bergamot open out, as do hints of cinnamon, cloves & saffron.

Crafted from rare varieties of apples from 300 year old bioganic cider orchards hops, elderflower, juniper, angelica, wild local meadow botanicals & fresh water from their well. The difference with this gin is the base spirit which is distilled from grapes. 11 traditional gin botanicals are used along with natural mineral water filtered through the chalk Downs surrounding Chilgrove. The result is a silky-smooth and slightly fuller bodied London dry gin.

JJ Whitley

A relative newcomer appearing in 2016 & created using 8 different botanicals. The result is a smooth London dry gin, with juniper and citrus peel to the fore, together with coriander and liquorice. Distilled to 38.6% in homage to Prof. Mendeleev, father of Chemistry, who recommended to the Tsar that alcohol and water molecules combine perfectly at 38.6% abv.

King of Soho

Traditionally crafted with twelve botanicals, once distilled only water and additional neutral grain spirit are added making this a true London Dry Gin. It has a clean and gentle nose which opens up to reveal classic juniper and pine notes with a refreshing zest of citrus oil. The tangy grapefruit reluctantly gives way to soft warming spice, making this modern classic ideal for cocktails and drinks where the spirit is King.

Martin Miller's

Originally created in 1999 ahead of the gin boom, combining 10 botanicals & using traditional methods. The earthy & citrus botanicals are distilled separately, cucumber is added afterwards & pure Icelandic water is used. The result is a full citrus taste with juniper notes emerging half way through, a clean soft dry finish, underpinned by warming cassia notes.

Created with the distinctive botanicals of kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, vanilla and cinnamon. The rhubarb & custard flavour comes from natural rhubarb essence and Madagascan vanilla. A London Dry Gin with a remarkable clean, smooth taste and reminiscent of childhood sweets.

Another newcomer but a little bit different again. Hand-steeping in fresh local raspberries produces a particularly soft taste. As you taste, Pinkster is deliciously dry, there's raspberry on the nose with the juniper coming through and then a slight spice which develops and lingers but which is not overpowering, giving an exceptionally smooth finish.

Silent Pool

Another newcomer in 2014. Produced using 24 unique botanicals, many of them local and the spring water from Silent Pool. All the botanicals work together. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The result is a complex, rich, juniper-driven gin with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey producing a refreshingly individual gin.

Twisted Nose

Created from 10 botanicals including local watercress, known to the Romans as Nasturtium, meaning twisted nose. Pine notes of juniper emerge first followed by fresh citrus & deeper spice tones. Warner Edwards Rhubarb

Created from botanicals and natural spring water found on Falls Farm. Rhubarb juice extracted using traditional fruit pressing methods is then blended in. The result hints of lemon with an earthy sweetness, where the rhubarb is big, but not at the expense of the underlying gin which plays its part in balancing out the overall flavour.

Wight Mermaids

The ethos behind this relative newcomer which first appeared in 2015 is both fresh ingredients and to provide a taste of the island. Consequently many of the carefully selected botanicals are sourced locally, including rock samphire hand-picked from the island's chalk cliffs, Boadicea hops from Ventnor Botanic Garden and the first coriander seeds to be grown in England. The result is a refreshing, smooth and slightly sweet peppery gin with hints of citrus.
